Refund policy
At Sidequestt.in, we accept returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must record a clear unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package, showing the shipping label and complete opening process without cuts or edits, as this video is mandatory proof for any return, refund, or replacement request. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via Instagram DM at @sidequestt.in with order details and video evidence. Products that are used, physically damaged after delivery, customized items, promotional items, gift cards, or orders without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund. Once the issue is verified, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
